Dean is a co-founder and Partner of Monash Advisory. He has over 20 years’ experience in corporate advisory and has advised on mergers, divestments, acquisitions, restructures, demergers and capital raisings (including IPOs). 

He has worked across a broad range of sectors with clients including market leading privately owned businesses and ASX-listed companies.

Prior to founding Monash Advisory, he worked for Miles Advisory Partners, Investec Australia and ABN AMRO.

Dean holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law from the University of New South Wales, a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from FINSIA and has completed the Program for Leadership Development from Harvard Business School.
