Gavin is a co-founder and Partner of Monash Advisory. He has over 17 years’ experience in corporate advisory and has advised on mergers, divestments, acquisitions, restructures, demergers and capital raisings (including IPOs). He has worked across a broad range of sectors, both in Australia and internationally, with clients including private equity, privately owned businesses and listed companies.

Prior to founding Monash Advisory, he worked for Luminis Partners and Greenhill Caliburn in Australia; and Rand Merchant Bank in South Africa. During his time at RMB he played a key role in the establishment of the Indian Advisory business for FirstRand Group.

Gavin holds a Bachelor of Business Science, Finance (Honours) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa and a Master of Commerce (App Finance) from the University of New South Wales.
