Geoff Levy is a co-founder and Chairman of Monash Advisory. He has over 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance, venture capital, funds management and corporate commercial law.

He is a founding partner of Our Innovation Fund, a venture capital firm investing in high growth innovative digital businesses and is considered a veteran investor in the Tech Ecosystem. He is also Chair of the OurCrowd Advisory Board, an Israel headquartered crowd funding platform for tech start-ups. He was a Partner at Freehills, (now Herbert Smith Freehills) earlier in his career as well as Principal of boutique corporate advisory firm Wentworth Associates, which was later acquired by Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd where he was the Chief Executive Officer, and the Executive Chairman.

Geoff has extensive ASX listed board experience, over 3 decades, including Non-Executive Directorships at Cromwell Property Group, Hoyts Cinemas Ltd, Ten Network Holdings Ltd, Specialty Fashion Group Ltd, Mirvac Ltd, Rebel Sports Ltd, Freedom Furniture Ltd and WPP Aunz Ltd. He has also been an Executive and Non-Executive director for several property and private equity funds and unlisted companies.

In June 2005, he was appointed an Officer in the Order of Australia in the Queen’s Birthday Honours List for his significant contributions to sports, the arts and philanthropy.
